Sign up for 1 year and save the cost of 90 days advertising. All enquiries, bookings and payments go direct to the owner, no commissions, no agency fees. Holiday Rentals Asia is an online property listing service only. Owners maintain full control over the rental of their property, receiving bookings and payments direct from the renter.

Property Owners who wish to list more than one property can benefit from our special multiple property discounts. However, there is a limit of 5 properties per owner.. We regret that we do not allow listings by Real Estate/Letting Agents.

Terms and explanatory notes:

30 DAYS FREE ADVERTISING - SPECIAL INTRODUCTORY OFFER *
Owners can list one property free of charge for 30 days as a free trial (standard full page online advertisement as specified in note 1). Multiple registrations by the same owner are not permitted. This offer is subject to approval and is for a limited period only.

1. FULL PAGE ONLINE ADVERTISEMENT
Property owners are provided with a full page advertisement per property, with the facility to display up to 5 photos. Details of the property can be added in a number of languages and includes the property specifications, list of facilities, tariff, 15+ online payment methods, special conditions, self brochure creation and a guests’ review section. An online live booking calendar shows the current availability of the property (updates need to be administered by the advertiser) and allows the prospective renter to click on the rental period required. The owner’s contact details are displayed on a separate page with a direct contact us and an enquiry-booking form. Each property page is linked to the online database for the search and advanced search facilities as well as being listed in all major search engines.

Advertisers can add additional properties on separate pages, (one page per property) at a discounted price (see note 2). However, this facility is not available during the free 30 day trial. Up to 5 additional properties can be listed per owner, and a link is provided to existing property pages belonging the same owner/advertiser. Any reference by the owner to other properties which are not listed within the Holiday Rentals Asia site is not permitted.

Live Booking calendar:
It is vital, in order to make effective and accurate use of the live booking calendar, the owner/advertiser continually updates the property availability on the calendar as bookings are received. The calendar is edited using the owners own administration area. If the owner has enabled online payment collection, the booked days will be updated automatically.

2. ADDITIONAL PROPERTIES
Owners receive a discounted rate for the listing of any additional properties. A maximum of 5 properties is allowed per owner. All properties can be managed through the advertiser’s own administration area.

Should owners wish to upload more than the standard 5 photographs for their property then up to 5 more can be added for a one time extra fee.

5. LINK TO AN EXTERNAL WEBSITE
Owners can include a link to their existing website, or another external webpage for an additional fee. Reciprocal links, providing a link to Holiday Rentals Asia are charged at a discounted price. All links are subject to approval as Holiday Rentals Asia will not provide links to sites that are not in accordance with our accepted link policy.

6. LAST MINUTE DEALS
A link is provided on the relevant property listing to a separate Last Minute Deals page, allowing the owner to offer late booking discounts for a particular property. This listing is for 14 consecutive days.

7. HOT PROPERTY SECTION
Promote your property on the home page and throughout the site by signing a property up for the hot property section. This property will then be featured on a rotational basis for a period of 30 consecutive days.

8. ADDITIONAL LINK TO LIVE BOOKING CALENDAR
A link can be provided to the owner’s main website in order to share the same availability/booking calendar for all online bookings.

9. INPUT OF PROPERTY DETAILS BY HOLIDAY RENTALS ASIA
Should the owner wish their property details/photographs to be listed by Holiday Rentals Asia, an administration fee is incurred. All text and photographs must be provided by the advertiser and sent by either email or post.
